This series is created in accordance with Code of Ala., 1975, Sec. 22-26-3, which was amended in 1982 to require ADEM to review and approve specifications and plans for waste treatment facilities. These plans are technical blueprints or other engineering drawings detailing the construction or alteration of a facility or system. The specifications for these facilties are filed separately but have the same numbers as the corresponding plans.
